DEBUT COORDINATION


Full Coordination Services Promo Rate P20,000

 

For debutant/paretns  who prefers to put the entire planning and coordination of her debut in the hands of a professional, Great Expectation can oversee every detail of the process from start to finish. Applicable also for those who are out the country or OFW but wants to have the big day in the Philippines.

 

*    On-site visits/meetings ( up to 4 meetings including onsite)

*    Event conceptualization (theme,décor,motif, etc.)

*    Unlimited Consultation (Phonecalls and emails). 

*    Recommend/Scouting of suppliers such as Couture 

     Photographer and Videographer, Cateres, Cake Decorator

     Artist and Designer, String Musicians and Souvenirs,   

     Flourist,Venues and Choreographer                    

     (if there's a Cotillion de Honor) etc. 

 *    Presentation of quotations from vendors,suppliers,materials to be utilized 

     and serices to be rendered for the events

*    Finalization/Constant follow-up and coordination with booked suppliers
*    Finalize Event Details

*    Assist with the Invitation wordings

*    Create Program

*    Create Floor plan, seating arrangement of guest, specially Vips

*    Inform and direct program participants
*    Guide to prayers and speeches upon request
*    Execution and directing of preparation (dress up, make-up, etc.)
*    Supervision of venue set-up/Check on the ff:

  • Set-up of foods
  • Lights and sounds
  • Décor
  • Table setting(seating arrangement)
  • Centerpieces,buffet table setting
  • Gift table and cake table
  • Other materials/attendance for the event (confetti,balloons,butterflies,18roses,18candles,well wishers, toast giver etc.

*     Program Management

*     Coordinate with Vendors,suppliers etc.

*     Registration and ushering of guests

*     Provide Table Seating Card

*     Organize/assist celebrant’s grand entrance.

*     Organize Celebrant,Family and guest for photo session

*     Prepares and manages all technical requirements such as, music, lcd,avp

      etc.

*     Cue Program Participants such as toastgiver, 18 roses,18 candles,

      18 treasusres etc.

*    Cue of confettis,butterflies,balloons releasing

*    Oversee the circulation of guestbook and sign frame

*    Distribution giveaways, and other items

*    Distribution of final vendor payments

*     Assist with the reception clean-up and left  over food.

 

 


Shared Coordination/Turn over Coordination  Promo Rate P15,000

 

This is for debutants who has already  booked at least 50% of the suppliers/vendor s and don’t have much time or need someone to complete the debut planning.


*    On-site visits/meetings ( up to 3 meetings including onsite)

*    Consulation (phonecalls and emails)

*    Discuss other untouched details

*    Scouting/recommendation of other suppliers/vendors

*    Finalization/ follow-up and coordination with booked suppliers

*    Create Program

*    Create Floor plan, seating arrangement of guest, specially Vips

*    Inform and direct program participants

*    Guide to  prayers and speeches upon request
*    Execution and directing of preparation (dress up, make-up, etc.),

This package if for the debutant wants to do the majority of the planning but wants to turn off her brain on her special day to completely enjoy her moment and  wanted to hand over the execution to someone else.                                                                                                                                                                          


*    Up to 2 meeting prior to the event

*    Confirmation /coordination with booked suppliers (3days before the event)

*    Finalize event details

*    Create Floor plan, seating arrangement of guest, specially Vips

*    Inform and direct program participants

*    Execution and directing of preparation (dress up, make-up, etc.),

*    Supervision of venue set-up/Check on the ff:

Coordinating Conditions:

1. Applicable only for 200 guests and below. There is an additional fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000) for every 100 persons in excess.
2. Applicable  within Metro Manila only. There would be an additional charge for out-of-town debut. Final package fee is to be determined after considering all factors.
3. Food and beverage is excluded from the package fee. Client shall provide the meals for our team on the day itself (4-6 people crew & staff).

4. Coordination maximum of 6 hours.

 Applicable only for 200 guests and below. There is an additional fee of One Thousand Pesos (Php1,000) for every 100 persons in excess or more than 200 guest..
5. The client is to provide venue for rehearsal and party and electricity.

6. The client to provide Wash -up room for coordinators.
7. Should there be a postponement or canlcellation of the event due to any circumstances, Great Expectation reserves the right to retain 50% reservation fee for the coordination and conceptualization services, Payment for the materials supplies shall be refunded after the deduction of actual expenditures of procurement or production.

Payment scheme:

50% upon contract signing (this is non-refundable). 50% one week before the event.
